Horrible! My uncle was released from the hospital after going through open heart surgery and spent three weeks in the hospital and was sent home with a device to help with helping heal in infection. a Technician was suppose to show up Friday to operate the machine that cleans the infection. No one showed. We called and finally someone got back to him to say they would come Saturday.... again no one shows. He has a life threatening infection and what I've seen from this organization and staff is horrible. Very unprofessional and you are causing grave danger to the lives of people in your care.

the facts; i was dismissed from hospital friday, i was supposed to have a nurse visit saturday. I Got phone message on Monday from nurse. I Returned call and spoke with gal who took information letting me know a nurse would contact me. Tuesday 330 pm, there is still no nurse contact. We call the 8989 # several times, leave two messages. initially there was infinite ringing with no response. We call our insurance who calls our home health coordinating company who calls ACA. Gal responded with incorrect information, seemingly to cover their inadequacies. Gal assures that there will be a call back. There is a call back with a nurse scheduled that evening. Nurse calls that evening. We can not communicate as she does not speak English. later her friend calls offering translation assistance. Although well-intended, it is indeed a viiolation of HiPAA, having given my name and phone number to her friend who is not an employee of the ACA. My husband calls and is told maybe there would be someone out here tomorrow. I would give negative stars if possible. This experience has been an atrocity. There is a huge chance for liability here as i am waiting for the nurse to tend to my wounds. But of course at this point, I do not have faith in the company to even touch me.
