My mother was transferred here for rehabilitation on her left knee towards the end of 2016 and as a very caring family, we of course were scared about how she would be treated at a nursing facility. However, there was never a night that I couldn't sleep or a time that I felt she was not being cared for at this facility. Staff is always ready to help whenever it is needed. Whenever mom would need something, they never had a problem helping. She was very happy here and never claimed that she was bored because they had ongoing activities that she could choose to participate in daily. They have the kindest staff and mom never complained of anyone making her feel as if she was a burden to their time. The Administrator, Director of Nursing, and Director of Therapy always made sure that we, as her family, were kept updated about my mother and always made time for us if we had any questions. She was recently found unable to live on her own and we had to make the decision to place her here long-term. It was a very hard process moving her out of her home but they made us feel welcome at this facility and walked us through everything as this was very new to us. She has been here for around a month and loves it. I've never had any doubts that my family and I made the right decision sending her here. My mother is truly cared for at all times and they have lifted a significant amount of stress from my shoulders.

Horrible place! High turnover with extremely lazy and hostile aides. Administration is okay but the DON is extremely confrontational, a bully, unaproachable and it trickles down to the staff. She even looks angry. At least one of the clinical managers is hostile too. Patients don't get showers and smell bad and in soaking wet depends. Never enough staff because people call off or quit. If the old aides don't like a new one they harass and threaten them in front of DON and nurses with 0 repercussions. I quit this place my 3rd day of orientation. Most horrible experience at work ever. State was there 5 times in one week...so what does that tell you....

Most staff are pleasant, caring, and compassionate. Leadership is responsive, caring, and helpful. All residents need an advocate! It's often a thankless job for the staff. You will always have some staff that need to be doing something else and should move on. They just put a new roof on the place, AC needs improvement, place needs some serious updating, paint, furniture, wall paper, carpet is really bad, and for goodness sakes remove the dusty, old, dinning room curtains. Let the sun in!! The place is dingy. Housekeeping could also use some improvement.

Excellent place for our loved ones. I had experiences with many nursing homes, this is the best one. The patient nurse ratio is good and they give good care. My dad is being taken good care of and he is very happy. My family and I couldn't be happier with the care.

Amazing staff! Arlington Court takes pride in caring for my mother and providing not only wonderful care, but a place that feels like home for her. We have experienced other places in the surrounding Columbus area and nothing tops the attention and skill that we get from Arlington Court. I would, and I do recommend this place to anyone. They have made a very unfortunate situation much easier for my family.
