Needs new management, a health inspection, and more staff, there are 5 aids and 3 nurses for 103 patients in total(confirmed by an employee) and the furniture is old, the building is rotting, there are stains everywhere, floors are dirty, bathroom policy is very bad for the circumstances, one small bathroom is to be shared by 6 people in total, medical facilities should provide private bathrooms for each patient as most do for sanitation purposes, this is an obomonation, there needs to be somthing done about this facility it breaks to many california health department rules and regulation to remain running. My grandfather has not received any physical theropy which he has come her to get, he feels worse and worse as the days go on, my family and i helped him walk around for a couple of minutes and he was already feeling better in 5 minuets than he has in 3 days because of the physical theropy WE had to give him, we could easily do everything they do here at home with more comfort, sanitation and convenients.

June 20, 2017. Major: Mother came here for Rehabilitation, and NOW have a stage 3 was a grave stage 4 BEDSORE, files an APS report. Minor: Furniture is so outdated. Management is poorly and staff don't care, I say 1 out of 10 is very professional and care.
