I personally don't like anything about this nursing home. The seen ok but I could tell they were faking, acting like they care.My granny sister was transported to this nursing home 4-16-18 for the hospital. I stayed with my family till time for me to go to work.My mom and granny stayed with her sick sister that was on oxygen till they meet all of her nurses. They left round 12midnight.My mom received a called before 8am on 4-17-stating her aunt had passed away round 7:30am .I was in route of taking my granny to see her for 9am.I wonder if anyone even checked on my aunt during the night after I just read some of these reviews. Her first nurse was a man and he didn't even give my granny and I direct contact when we enter her room as she laid in room 1112 in bed just gone. The hospice worker said she was there as she was passing away but I wonder if she even tried to call out for help. She acted as if she cared also but I wonder what really happen.I just don't believe this ,I need answer. If anyone know what really happen to my aunt between Monday midnight- Tuesday morning please respond. We didn't get too many im sorry for your loss when we first arrived Tuesday morning;especially from the man nurse we first meet on Monday. He looked at my granny and I as if he was hiding something. My granny sister should still be alive- damit!
Worst place to put your loved one, the staff don't care about the residents, they smile in your face but the care is terrible. They take their precious time to respond to call lights and act like you are bothering them. You have to stay on them to get things done. Deeply regret that my mom was there. Now she is no longer with us. 😢 if I could give zero stars I would. This place needs to be shut down.
Nice staff and New Management very clean and well maintained.
What people needs to do is start putting hidden cameras in the relatives rooms, to catch the thieves! I did it for my mother in Arizona and I could call the poilce and show the evidence of who was stealing her stuff, this is happening in a lot of these retirement places all over the USA...is horrible. At the end I did enjoy putting two nurses in jail :-)
OMG... I read the reviews before my mother was taken there upon the request of her doctor on a 21day rehab stay.. I was absolutely livid during her entire time there. Someone stole my mothers brand new clothing I brought her for mother's day. Very bad bed sores after only 10 days there. Med tech giving medication (didn't know what it was) to my mother. I could never find anyone on administration staff to speak with after 2pm. workers talking about how bad the place is (while standing over my mother) and I am in the room. You ask the staff for something and no one knows a thing because they just started yesterday. Please if you have no other place to go, you better manage your loved one's care there.
