I've been working at Ballard Center for over a year now, and it's been a great year. We've had some updates to the building and awesome developments, including a new Administrator, and recently promoted Director of Nursing. I'm confident that they will continue to move the facility in the right direction, and excited for all of the positive changes that have been taking place.

Ballard is one of the best Nursing facilities in Seattle, Washington. It has a very diverse staff that mainly focus on total Customer Care with Special Emphasis on providing them with Excellent daily care needs. I would recommend Ballard Center to anyone who needs a place for themselves or their Love Ones to be totally Cared for.

I have been working in Ballard Health and Rehab from 2013 and I have enjoyed working with the employees there. I have gone to other facilities but each time I leave Ballard, I feel like I have left home and want to go back to Ballard. Ballard is home for me and I know how employees work together there for the betterment of residents. It is a great place to work at.

I recently spent two weeks at the facility rehabbing from a stroke. I really can't understand the negative reviews at all. The staff was friendly, attentive and extremely professional. The facility was immaculate. I was going through a very difficult and challenging event and I am extremely happy with the care I received. I would have no problem at all recommending the facility to family or friends.

We checked my mother in yesterday. She was supposed to receive pain management as soon as she arrived. 4 hours later, she still hasn't gotten her meds. The nurses were rude, and dismissive. The facility was dirty and depressing. They didn't even have a pillow for her, they just stuffed sheets in a pillow case. We will be moving her out of this awful place as soon as possible.
