My mother has been there for five days and still has not received a shower. She has ALS and can not do any of her activities of daily living and they haven't been sitting down to feed her consistently, she often waits hours to go to the bathroom. Really not an appropriate level of care for anyone who has the level of needs she does. I'm filing a report.

I was employee 2012 to 2015 . The place is hostile and false accuser. Even if you ask hr about your records, they denied and cover up their mess with their own created problem. If you concern about patient care you will be getting retaliation that the think you are working with corporate or patients side. It takes a while to relived from their hostile and miserable work environment!

I've been working at Ballard Center for over a year now, and it's been a great year. We've had some updates to the building and awesome developments, including a new Administrator, and recently promoted Director of Nursing. I'm confident that they will continue to move the facility in the right direction, and excited for all of the positive changes that have been taking place.

Ballard is one of the best Nursing facilities in Seattle, Washington. It has a very diverse staff that mainly focus on total Customer Care with Special Emphasis on providing them with Excellent daily care needs. I would recommend Ballard Center to anyone who needs a place for themselves or their Love Ones to be totally Cared for.

I have been working in Ballard Health and Rehab from 2013 and I have enjoyed working with the employees there. I have gone to other facilities but each time I leave Ballard, I feel like I have left home and want to go back to Ballard. Ballard is home for me and I know how employees work together there for the betterment of residents. It is a great place to work at.
