No facility is perfect. This is a facility that actually tries. The MDS department hold meeting to discuss plan of care which is very helpful. It gives family members a chance to meet the interdisciplinary team and go over any question/concerns. The floor staff is helpful and they are always doing reeducation for staff when anything is missed. I would recommend this facility to my loved ones.

This is MY STORY and MY EXPERIENCE. IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE ANYONE ELSE'S. I wish you could rate a negative. If you DON'T CARE about your loved one, take them to Bridgecrest. My family thought we found the best place for our loved one, but we were horribly mistaken. One of the nurses called our loved one a dog but didn't think a family member overheard. The staff allowed our loved one to fall out of a wheelchair. We found "mysterious" bruises. Our family member deteriorated before our eyes. I also witnessed and my family spoke up about other individuals who resided at Bridgecrest. We saw patients being mistreated. One nurse told me, "oh, she don't want nothing" as she referred to a lady asking for help. The "help" button is pressed and the light comes on outside of a resident room and the nursing staff IGNORE these possible cries for help. I watched other patient's family member's RAGE at the staff because of the mistreatment. One nurse used a patient's wheelchair as a cart to carry food trays. The nursing staff left patients to lay in their own urine and feces without ever coming to the room. How do I know you might ask? My answer is that I witnessed it myself and had to ask for help for this particular patient. He hadn't been fed either. The nurses have no respect, decency or ethics as they strip the residents of their dignity. I wouldn't leave an animal at this place.

DO NOT SEND ANYONE, EVEN YOUR WORSE ENEMY HERE! They are also paying their employees to give good reviews that's why they have at least a 3 star rating!! And we caught the nurses stealing pills from my fiancé!

I thought that my brother would be in great hands at this nursing home; but I was so wrong. They are very under staff, and no one seems to know Anything; and we have had 2 family members to get their cars broken into and the staff say " Oh the Directors are aware of the break in's".But they are breaking into cars at the front door. This nursing home is horrible.

My grandma was 90 years old and slipped in the shower at home and went to here and within two days she fell and hit her head and they sent her back to the hopital and we didn't hear about it till 5 am when the hospital dr called us and told us she hit her head so bad the brain was filling with blood and they were scared to do surgery because a good chance she wouldn't survive so we took her home where we slowly had to watch her die . It was the hardest thing to wat h someone you love take their last breath . After all this I went back up to talk to some head lady and all she said was she could have fell at home and an accident is an accident . They didn't even have a report on it so nobody knows what happened . Sometimes I think one of the nurses could have had something to do with it. Neglect some how .
