Worst places every to work staff no compassion nurse supervise hide in their office so they will not have to deal with staff residents or family. Some aides on their phone all the time while giving care. And when u tell management what's going on. They go and tell the person that's doing the wrong. That's why they are always hiring. Because they wouldn't know a good employee if one smacked them in the face I feel sorry for the residents

Extremely rude hostess. She hung on on me after I was trying to see who called me from they're number. She told me she didn't have time to answer my questions and hung up on me. Somebody needs a lesson in customer service.

Doesn’t care for patients my mom was there she was discharged and they still had her down as a resident for 3 days
