We have a new administrator at Claremont Villa she is the best thing that ever happened to this place she's been here a few mounths and has done more than all the previous people put together
Sister was her for a week stay. Staff was Lazy and unorganized. Took two days for them to give a medication she was already receiving in the Hospital. Because it was through iV , they said it be Easier if her Other Dr. Gives meds. So they don't have to run iV. ????!!! A week stay with a patient who is independent just there for antibiotics. And physical therapy sounds Simple to me . Who has been A Nursing Assistant for over 13 years Certified. I also witnessed a Nurse on station 1 tell a patient who was in the wheelchair calling out for help to be put to bed, that she Will not help the woman to bed. And NO ONE is Going to Help her. I then spoke with the patient, who said she was just exhausted from being in the chair all day , and asked why did she have to sleep in the Hallway if she had a bed there?!? It was practically 11pm. Sad sad incompetent place. RN supervisor 3-11 very involved and non chalant . If you loved one cannot speak for themselves. DO NOT COME HERE! My sister was given the wrong diet repeatedly. Fluids when she is on strict fluid restriction. Potatoes when she cannot have starch. If you have a pinch of love for your family member. Visit FREQUENTLY , BE INVOLVED. KNOW THE CARE PLAN. FOR YOUR LOVED ONE AND MAKE SURE ITS BEING DONE. THESE NURSES NEED A BABYSITTER
Alex and the main staff there. Take good care of my friend.
Theirs a lady in this nursing home that treats my mom really bad
The girl with the Jamaican accent called to tell me my grandmother was dead with a laugh in her voice like it was funny. This was about 10 years ago and hopefully she's been fired, but if she's still there, tell her to go to hell and don't leave your elderly loved ones there. It wasn't worth my time to complain to the management at the time, but thanks to smart phones and Google maps it is now.
