My grandma is here and the tv doesn't work. Tv has only one channel and when I went to tell them the remote. Control wasnt working they said they didnt have batteries until tomorrow. Plus my grandma said she asked for headache pills and they didnt have any. This place is awful.

My mother in law was here, I don't think this is a good center for seniors.

I was in re-hab at Country Villa for a month. I had a very good experience there. The staff was excellent. Cathy, Sara, Oscar (both of them), Femme, Margarita, Teresa, Elizabeth, Santos, Jaica, Rozel, Maurico, Sheralyn, Eddie, Cecelia: All these nurses and orderlies on the third floor and in PT treated me very well. My physician, Dr. Tran. was sympatico; so was Sal, the social animator. I admired how dedicated the staff was in doing their difficult jobs, often with patients who had extremely limited capacities. Also, the food was often delicious, much better than the negative things you hear about "hospital food." My one criticism: The elevators in the building are slow and antiquated and could result in evacuation problems if there were ever a fire on the lower floors. But in all I consider myself fortunate to have spent that month at Country Villa, and I think of the staff fondly.

My Mother has been here for several months, the staff has been wonderful, loving and responsive to her needs. This facility is not new, but they keep it very neat, and clean. It is in need of a new air conditioning unit, but overall it's a place that takes care of very ill patients.
