As an employee this company is the worst. Once every month my check is messed up. The have no compassion for you as an employee, they get you a ride to a shift then your own your own when they knew it was too far for you to go own your own. The clients seem to be their only concern. They could care less if they and verbally abusive. I had one client that wanted to watch porn with his family members. They couldn't understand why I was so uncomfortable. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have been doing home health aide for the past five years. This has to be one of the worst experience I've ever had with a company.

Epic has improved. Epic has great staff. They are very reliable. Definitely a good place to work and a good company to take care of loved ones. My boss asked me to write a good review. The other review I wrote was the truth of my experience with epic

They DO not pay their employees on time. Other agencies wages are better, they lose paperwork and I'm reporting them to the State and labor boards. Terrible business practices they should be out of business. Incompetent unprofessional office staff, chews gum and on cell phone while at front desk. Shameful. H & M homehealthcare agency is way better. Epic can't keep long-term patients either.

The nurses are wonderful , but the office staff seems to be quite incompetent. They don't follow through. Very poor inter office communication. When a nurse calls in because she can't fill her shift the next night I don't usually hear about it till the start of the shift that can't be filled. They've left me hanging without a much needed nurse too many times.
