They are disrespectful and extremely un-professional. I would not send a loved one here if my life depended on it. Please do not waste your money. Krystal specifically cursed and rushed me off the phone trying to leave for the day. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

If i had a choice to give them zero stars i would! Please do not send your loved one to forest street. They dont know what they are doing when it comes to care of any person living there. The nurse staff is questionable when it comes to their job. The rooms are very hot through out the day. Nosa is great at making anyone believe its a safe place to be. He is only after money and doesnt care about the well being of any resident there. Please do your research and and stay away from this place. I had almost lost my mother because of the mistreatment from Nosa and the nurse staff, false paper trail, and sexual harrassment to my mother. It took 3 months and a bunch of organizations to get her out.
