My brother was taken there after being in Kaiser Roseville for a week because of complications from his CHF. Upon my first visit I noticed that his pants, shirt, shoes, & wallet were missing. I really didn't want to blame anyone there but noticed that the bag that was supposed to contain all these items was gone through. When I noticed a long black hair in it I brought it to the attention of the head nurse. She assured me that everything was tranfered with my brother. But when she heard me say I found a long black hair, she accused me of being raciest. I really didn't appreciate that. So I called The hospital and found that the transports overlooked the items in a closet. My brothers friend and I drove back to Roseville and got them to my brother. By that time it was late and raining. Oh well. At all worked out well. Except I never received an apology from that nurse. But That's okay, I forgave her and keep her in my prayers. 🙏
Stayed here for my rehab and therapy. I cannot thank them enough. Everyone was pleasant
I was here at Gramercy about a year ago and I chose them again now when it was necessary to get post surgery rehab. The staff is great! Professional and caring. The atmosphere is quiet and comforting. I love the food too!
The last place my mother was at for 6 years the Administrator was walked out by police for running a drug ring, and half the staff. Here at Gramercy she's been two years, and just recently learned they cut their money budget by not giving any green, salads, green beans, broccoli, yams, beets, celery, mainly ALL the produce was cut out so I'm bringing it to her. On top of that we bought her some spices etc they were stolen.
I thought this place was wonderful when I moved a family member in this facility! The nurses are nice people but they just dont do their job. We had to remind them to change the sheets on the bed and to treat the wounds on my loved ones legs! They knew that she needed oxygen around the clock (she has COPD), yet they never checked her tank levels! My family member had to tell them many times that it had run out! This last time they didn't check it for so long that she had to be rushed to the hospital for low oxygen! These people almost killed her!!!! PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONE BE CARED FOR HERE!
