This place is closing down as of January 2018, and it's a good thing. Nikki Graham, the ED, protects management only. Jasmina Focic--director of dining services--very poor management, she lied to the state about a certain matter denying benefits--be warned--not recommended. I would not trust my loved ones here--except the care staff is great, but when the company cuts things to bone to save a buck it only hurts the residents, whom I really feel sorry for. Pretty much a dictatorship here. Empres Healthcare, Evergreen Healthcare, Greenwood Care Center, Seattle, United States, Washington. Very bad experience, absolutely a good thing they are going away--they use people to increase profits to the shareholders.

I don't know why this name shows up on this. I am not this person. My name is Helen Bishop. I have been involved with a lot of people in rehab centers. I love this place. I have been so impressed with every contact with them. I spent the night there with a friend in hospice and got to see all the shifts at work. It is owned and run by the employees and they have a vested interest in things going well. It is not super fancy and to me that speaks well for them. they are able to keep costs down this way. But it is clean and they are putting their money in staff instead of furnishings.

I am sorry for this person who wrote a previous review 5 years ago. My sister has been a patient at this facility multiple times for acute care at times. She received excellent care and attention, and really we have felt very confident in their services. We continue to use this facility for my sisters ongoing intermittent care needs. The care has consistently been expert, kind and compassionate. I highly recommend this facility.

I'm young man taken in with a SCI. I've been ignored and neglected ongoing since my admission. Nurse aids who neglect turning me, causing bed sores. Neglect of cathetar changes, which nearly caused my bladder to burst. Overdoses of IV antibiotics. Failure to research any of my health care data. And refusing simple things like an extra glass of OJ with breakfast. If you're looking for a facility, look elsewhere. If you know someone residing here, get them out. ASAP.
