It took everything to even give this facility one star, however it would not allow me to post until I did. I have a family member that has been there for almost 2 months. He is tube fed and the nursing staff have neglected on more than one occasion to feed him and give him his medication. He is very with it and reminds them when they are around. He has even been asked by the nurses why he hasn't reminded them. They are supposed to increase his water intake because of his blood pressure being low and have not done that either. He has had his glasses stolen also. I could go on and on. I went in yesterday and spoke with the Director of Nursing and Social worker because a nurse told me that he was sorry that he missed two of my Uncle's feedings and he received late meds, because he was busy and had too many patients. Are you kidding me!?! Today, I get a call from my Uncle that they are early discharging him. We have not received any call from the social worker that I spoke with face-to-face yesterday. He still is not able to swallow on his own and has not been shown how to use his oxygen at home. We have contacted the Ombudsmen as well as the Department of Health. No one that is already sick should have to rehab in a facility like this. Majestic needs to be shut down. I'm sure that I will receive the same standard message about calling their toll free number. I have reported all of this in person and the way that they are handling it is with an early discharge. I will make sure that I advocate for him as well as other patients in Majestic.

horrible place... stole my elderly moms meds and had her in the same diaper for 16 hrs...! just needs allot of work and people who care... current staff for the most part is just there for a check... really really sad how they treat people! I'd rather take my chances on my own before I came here for ANY medical needs!

Need my meds on a regular 6 hour basis, you can forget about that. You will get them when who ever dispenses them is off break. Hungry? Well sorry your gonna stay that way because the portions are about enough for a toddler. I was told I would get extra portions and a sandwich at night, never happend. Dont bother asking about it because you will be the bad person. Oh, and they sign off that they gave me meds I never received. Im supposed to be here another month, pray for me I dont think Im going to make it.

This place is horrible had a back wound that they never changed the dressing , nurse rose was hooking up my Antibiotics to my picc line and was too busy looking at my TV got tripped up in my tubing causing her to pull out my picc line a few inches and immediately started to bleed I figured I would catch a worse infection there so I AMA and went back to Cooper were I been getting the right treatment

My brother's wife was a patient there and he was very impressed with the nursing staff and the rehab care they did an awesome job but my brother was adamant the Administrator was rude and condescending toward staff, families and patients. My brother said the administrator seems as if he has no clue of what he's doing !!!!
