This is by far the worst facility I have ever worked the staff has sex in the facility and nurses leave their station for hours with not telling anyone and risk patients falling. Please pick a better facility for your loved one the list is long I could go on and on.

MY BROTHER WAS HERE FOR 2 WEEKS TOPS. AT HIS REQUEST HE WAS TRANSFERED TO ANOTHER FACILITY. HE FELL DOWN AND WAS CALLING FOR HELP AND NO ONE CAME SO HE HAD TO PULL A BLANKET FROM THE BED HOPPED ON TOP AND DRAGGED HIMSELF TO THE HALL WAY TO GET HELP. HE WAS THERE FOR ABOUT 10 MINS BEFORE ANYONE CAME TO HELP HIM. ON ANOTHER OCCASION HE ASK FOR HELP AND ONE OF THE NURSES GRABBED HIS LEG AND PULLED IT UP ONTO THE BED HURTING HIM (HE WAS IN REHAB FOR HIS LEG SURGERY). ON ANOTHER OCCASSION A NEW PATIENT WAS RECENTLY PLACE AND HE KEPT YELLING "HELLLOOOOO, HELLOOOOO, ANYBODY HELLOOOOO," NO ONE WOULD COME TO ATTEND OR CHECK ON HIM ( I WAS THERE TO WITNESS THIS) LOTS OF RUDENESS WHEN ASKING ATTENDANTS FOR STUFF, OR THEY WOULD SAY YES AND NEVER COME BACK. NOT TO MENTION THAT GIRL ADMININSTRATING MEDICATION LOOKED HIGH AS A KITE ON ONE OCCASSION. GIVING MEDS WHILE HIGH IS UNACCEPTABLE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO USE THIS FACILIY

My father was placed here after a hospital stay by insurance. On the first day there my father had dialysis offsite. My father called to ask if I could let them know he was ready. So I called and was put on hold and hung up on the first 2 times. The fifth time the same man answered so I explained my father was ready at dialysis and if he could notify the transport (whom they contract). He snapped back at me and said in a rude voice, "Why hasn't the dialysis center called me" I asked his name and he hung up on me. I called again a sixth, seventh, eight time and no answer. I called a ninth time and this time a female answered and I was able to explain my dads situation. If you are planning on having a LOVED one stay here, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Who would want this to be the first dealing with where your loved one is being housed. Poor staffing around vulnerable people never has good results.
