My husband was a patient here in the fall of 2017 and we were very satisfied with all of his care very attentive nurses and doctors and all the staff very friendly he is now fully recovered no longer has a trach and feeding tube and he’s doing well he’s 84 years old so we are very satisfied with all the care and help he got here at North Mountain we think everyone very much for all their concern and hel Joe and Judy Stelzer

This is a nice place. They helped my son get better. The food is alright. The respiratory therapist and nurses are great! They helped my son wean off the ventilator. The doctors are really nice here. The cnas are great too. I want to thank this place for helping my son get better.

This place is dirty, understaffed and very bad. They ask people to do a review before having a chance to see what the place is really like. They have had 14 patients to one care taker. I found the caretakers administering meds to keep the patient sleeping. They didn't clean the sheets, i always came in and replaced them and cleaned up my husband. We asked to have him released and they would not do it, so we went to our doctor and he moved us back to the hospital. Not as pretty as it's painted

The care here was outstanding. Each and every staff member was very attentive and sensative. They made me very comfortable and attended to all my needs without making me feel like a burden. Would definitely recommend this facility.
