Was hired to work at this facility, I would honestly recommend to take your loved ones to a facility that will treat them with respect and care for them. Went to work the staff was rude to other staff. Talk about dis-organized, low on supplies and lack of professionalism. Once walked in I knew this was not the place to be at. Sticked through the day to see. I was right about this place will never ever step a foot again in this facility. There are so many things that are not appropriate. I personally will say this is the worst place to work at and especially to bring a loved one here. Some of the staff here are so helpful and care for the patients like if it was their own family. Some don't care and are rude to the staff and the patients.

I must say the staff there are great and my individuals go way beyond to make the patients there feel safe and cared for. HOWEVER BE LEARY OF THE ADMINISTRATION! My mother had a fall there and in 8 monts no one will tell me what happened or where my mother's body was found. I HAVE DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY over my mother and still I am denied information. The Ombudsman's program is a joke as well. Skip them and just get an attorney

My sister-in-law has been at Norwood Pines now for 1 year. I can't find enough good to say about their staff. They are patient, caring, and gave gone to great lengths to get her to eat for nutrition. Our family is more than pleased with her care at this facility. And we are always called and notified if she may falls or have t

Norwood Pines, is a wonderful place. My Mom has been there since July 2014, and i have never found her uncomfortable, scared, or in a dangerous predicament. They have a terrific staff, who respects & truly cares for each of their residents. She gets great nutritional meals, bathed 2 times a week, and treated to numerous events. They have musical shows weekly, & daily group classes, which stimulate their brains & are fun too! They have a full rehab, nursing, maintenance, activity, & culinary staff that are quality trained, while being terrific caring folks! I thank God, every day for Norwood Pines, they love & care for my Mom daily.

On November 9, 2013, I called this facility to speak to an employee for a business reason at 4:05pm. The female who answered the phone, who wouldn't provide her name, was very rude in telling she couldn't tell me if this employee was available. She said she wasn't allowed to provide information before telling me the employee wasn't working. I asked her to provide me the name of the administrator and she hung up!!!! I hope this is read by the administrator and fires the person I spoke to. I didn't deserve to be treated that way. She should have been thankful she has (or had) a job.
