This place needs to be shut down. The employees don't n act like they don't understand stand English. They be having bed bugs. They don't answer the call lights like they should they also be leaving the residents untouched. This place smells, some of the nures that work there don't even do there job the way they are suppose to. I feel bad for those who live there n have to go there for therapy

Was not happy about the lack of care my mom received here. Broken thigh, phenomenon etc. I wouldn't trust them with a pet let alone a loved one.

my mother has suffered 6 strokes since june, has been in multiple rehabs, and left scared to even move from her wheel chair, that is until she came to oak wood. Oak wood is the first rehab that has been able to get my mother up an moving, and feeling confident again. The rehab facility its self is amazing. The physical therapist work with my mother every day, weekend included, to help her regain her strength, and her independence. The facility is an older facility but it is clean, well decorated, and always decorated for the holidays. The activity team, especially Kelly and Alice keep my mother busy with activities from bingo, to quiz games, and even parties (that I have attended with her) for the holidays. The staff is always friends, always welcoming, and ready to help. The administrator Charlene, or as i like to call her Beautiful, is always in the halls greeting the residence with a smile and a hug, and makes my mother smile every day. I can NOT say a enough GOOD things about this place. I sleep better at night knowing that my mother is safe, well fed, making friends, and having the worlds best care 24/7. I would recommend oak wood to anyone that is looking for a safe and reliable place to take care of their loved ones. 5 stars all around for me.

My mother was at this facility for over two years. The staff are caring. Not a day went by where I was worried about my mothers care. Kudos for a job well done. Keep up the great work!
