I was sent to this facility on January 4, 2018 to January 27, 2018, due to hip fracture injury and physical therapy from surgery. I have to say that I enjoyed my stay here! The staff members, from nunsing, rehab, and administration, were all top notch! Their professional hard work really made a difference in my recovery.! They all were very friendly and helpful, and whenever I had a question about anything, regardless of what it was, I had my answer within a few hours! How's that for service! My main purpose for being there was for the rehab part, and the staff members, especially LaKeisha and Dan, were extremely helpful! They motivated and helped me along the way, to continue on my strive toward recovery, which I am still doing! Thanks, guys! Overall, I definitely would recommend this facility to anyone! Thanks to all staff members!

I had to write a review once I saw the claims another reviewer posted. My mother-in-law has been in this facility for a few years now. Anytime we have visited, she has always been in comfortable, clean clothes, she looks clean and well-groomed and cared for. They let us know anytime there is any change in her health or any other concern. It's not luxury living by any sense, but we are very satisfied that she is safe and receiving good, kind care.

Lipstick on a Pig! That is the best way to describe this place. The entrance looks nice and is a great facade. Behind closed doors this place is the worst excuse for Palliative care. Every week my grandmother has been sent to the hospital for being dehydrated and bed sores coupled with infections such as UTI. Everytime I would visit her she would be sitting in her own urine and feces and good luck getting some help. The other person sharing a room with my grandmother had to pull her emergency fall cable just to get someones attention. I spoke to nurses but they would speak a mix of English and Tagalog (Filipino dialect) and when I could not understand them and asked for complete English or someone else they would get mad and rude. My grandmother is back in the hospital due to poor care and she will not be going back. AVOID THIS HORRENDOUS FACILITY AT ALL COSTS.
