Horrendous. It's been a while but I think back on the awful care my 91 yr old father had there. He was transported there from the hospital. When I arrived he was in agonizing mid chest pain, but because of stroke related dementia, was unable to communicate much beyond and few words and pointing to the spot. I searched high and low for anyone to get help from. There was no one around. I walked the halls and finally interrupted one person, asked if there was a nurse there, (I was told they had nurses there 24/7). I was shocked that this person did not come with me to see. In fact...No one came. I waited for an hour, and still no one came. The next day the idiots lost his dentures too. The following day, he was sent back to the hospital - and they told me there was evidence that within the past 48 hrs he had a heart attack, no wonder he was moaning in pain! He passed away shortly after that and I never had time to send in a formal complaint. Please don't choose this place for your loved one.
A horrible place with a terrible front office staff. Social Worker actual conspired to keep my husband there when he should have gone into hospice sooner, just so they could get their full 100 days deal. It was a nightmare dealing with them and it shortened his last days, making them miserable. I will never forgive these people. It's all about the $ with them!
Don't go here. This is your warning. Terrible environment and they used all of my Dad's insurance and only got him worst. They claim to be a five star facility, but this is far from the truth. If they in fact are 5 stars through Medicare it is a broken system. We went somewhere else for his second stay and it went much better.
Very rude managers when I would try call and my friend who used to live there the lady at the desk was rude on the phone. She was rude about how to get out the door with the code. That place not a nice nursing home. Dont send your lived ones that home if you can help it. Heidi Burns Rourke
The staff is wonderfully caring and kind. A beautiful facility and great place to rehab.
