The food is inedible!!! The aids are rude and understaffed. You will need family member’s to bring food and take turns to care for your loved one.

I used to work here for 5 years. I loved my job and the patients but the mangers dont care about there staff. 99 percent of the time we was short staffed which means the patients had to suffer. Its hard taking care of patients when there is 3 CNAS, 2 nurses and 50 patients on the floor. Its a good starter job for new nursing and new CNAs but employees get burnt out really fast.

If you want to die this is the place to go. They'll kill you real quick.

The physical therapy and occupational therapy is excellent. The therapist are all very professional, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and caring. They helped me get back on my feet after two separate surgeries. I can't say enough about them. The CNA'S spend to much time on food when they should be focusing on patients. The kitchen was always short on coffee cups, cream, dessert etc. The aides would be washing cups so the patients could have coffee. Guest services was very pleasant and helpful planning activities.

This place is total chaos. They were not prepared with my medications and offered an alternative medication without a prescription. There was one male nurse, African American man, who is knowledgeable and that’s it. The others are combative and not solving the problem. Be very leery about utilizing PowerBack on Lombard St., Philadelphia, PA.
