Having resided in this facility for almost 4 months now I can emphatically say to anyone considering turning the care of a family member, significant other or even the most despicable person in your life; Please, please, please look elsewhere! Grossly understaffed, most days a "patient care assistance" is tasked with caring for 8-10 patients. Many of these also have a limited grasp of English, and few, if any, patients speak Amarhic or Tagalog. It is not uncommon to have to wait 30 minutes or longer before someone responds to a call light. Their vaunted rehabilitation service is nothing but a means to bleed as much money as possible from insurance and Medicare and Medicaid. Etc, etc, etc....

This place is horrible. If you truly love your loved one, I would suggest you keep looking. Although they have been rated one of the ”best” and have about 6 banners to say so, I would disagree. The nurses will talk on private phones during duties, extremely loud! They do not operate moving patients correctly, they are not about being gentle to the patient or using proper equipment. Half the nurses do not speak proper English, it's very hard to understand. The rooms are small, with feces bins in the room! It can take over half an hour to respond to patients who ”beep” the nurses in. The complex has a hint smell of urine even. We asked the nurse to empty a urine bottle, & she looked at it like it was our job! I can keep going, but by now if you're reading this review, you can tell this is not an acceptable place.
