Well where do I start if google allowed me to go on entering no stars or negative stars then I would do that, I am an ex employee and let me tell you please if your considering putting ur loved one in a nursing facility then do not choose this one at first your treated nice and stuff but yeah that’s only a front to get u to stay after u have signed all the documents it’s like your signing your life away cause after this your loved one will begging to decline and deteriorate, yup how can anybody get the care that they deserve for the money that’s put out with only one cna on the floor, also after management leaves nobody answers lights, or phones So u will be waiting for a long time before getting assisted and also let me warn u the administrator mrs. Jacobs is racist and she will only like u if you act as a servant towards her, I can go on and on but I’m not, but please don’t put your loved one here it’s a horrible place!

End stage COPD, congestive heart failure patient was not given needed medications for at least the first day, due to some kind of “mixup” with the hospital transfer. Nursing staff failed to connect the patient's CPAP to oxygen at night for the first 5 or so nights, until the patient’s family finally realized why the patient had fairly severe delirium. Staff took over 1 hour at times to respond to patient's pages. Social worker and (presumably) administrator appeared to actively work to discharge patient as soon as possible without any consideration of the patient's un-rehabilitated condition, and they succeeded. The center’s medical staff neglected to order or prescribe oxygen and ANY necessary medications upon discharge, and then told the pharmacy to “contact the patient’s new doctor” when they were made aware of the matter, because “the patient has already been discharged.” This place is, without a doubt, the rock bottom of a failed health system. I strongly caution against sending your loved one to this “facility” or recommending it to anyone.

This is the most horrific place ever!!! If you want your family members to leave in a body bag send them here!! Wanted to leave after 2 days on private pay... not only is the staff rude... but they lie about showers, medication, and offering physical therapy to your loved ones.. They also left poop covered wipes next to the patients in bed.... I wish I was making this up.... DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE YOU CARE ABOUT!!!

Nursing staff had no idea what they are doing .. Please tour facility before you place your loved one in here .... They had no thermometers or blood pressure cuffs and when they did get a hold of one they were clueless on how to use it ... Very sad
