This is a very poorly ran facility. It stinks of urine and feces, my uncle was transferred there during his transition from the hospital to hospice, when my family got there he was naked with just a blanket. Trash was thrown everywhere. Please if you value the life of your loved one DO NOT PUT THEM HERE!!!

I DON'T KNOW HOW ANYONE CAN PUT THIER FAMILY HERE!!!! I went to visit a church member here a week ago. No one addressed me. The building smells like urine. It is rundown. I walked by a room and overheard two ladies talking about broken aequipment and how they never have linen for the patients. That's just sad.

Went go donate for the Hurricane Harvey evacuees and was told very rudely by the "director" that they did not even need supplies and were not accepting anymore. As I was outside reloading the supplies, patients were stating they needed diapers, which was what I was dropping off. Very unprofessional establishment
