Love the staff so much and have always received great care! I have been a patient for around 5 years and have had weekly visits for the last year. I couldn't say a bad word about the entire staff. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I absolutely love the office staff, physicians, OTs, and PTs at SCL Occupational Medicine. Everyone is friendly, thoughtful, and invested in my well-being. I've read the one star reviews and understand the frustration, but my experience has been drastically different. I've had a relatively complex case and have had around 12 appointments so far. I'm always greeted with a good morning, hot coffee, and very short wait times. If you get a chance, I'd highly recommend working with Dr. Williams. He always explains his reasoning for treatment, asks if I have any questions, doesn't treat me like I'm stupid, and doesn't rush me out the door.

Terrible service, rude receptionist and thoroughly unprofessional from top to bottom. They screwed up my appointment and did not offer an apology or even seem to care they wasted your time. And a good morning would be nice.

Dr. Eliassen is an excellent doctor. She listens carefully to what the patient is experiencing and discusses possible causes and treatment options. She makes appropriate referrals and follows your case to ensure appropriate care is being received. She is one of the best doctors I have ever had.
