This is email exchange I had with my coordinator; Hi Christa, I'm not sure if Kathy from the doctors office reached to you or not but I was unimpressed with the caregiver that was sent. She seemed very nervous and her driving was erratic which did not make me feel safe. She was on the phone while driving and at one point took notes while driving! She did stop so I could get a drink which I appreciated but when we got to the house she said she had to go, when I asked if she could help me get set up she said she was only supposed to transport. She was on the phone yet again saying she had to go because another client was calling her and she then proceeded to call the office and ask if she had to stay. It was so unprofessional, and it was clear that she didn't care about my well being. She disregarded the women whom I'm staying with, did not introduce herself or carry my bag. She clearly wanted to leave right away and quite frankly after her actions, I didn't want her to stay. I told her she could leave and that I would be fine. Thank god I had a low maintenance surgery and was able to function on my own. I don't understand how she's qualified to work with sick people, maybe she was having an off day but I wouldn't be surprised to hear that others have complained as well. Other then that I appreciated your communication in setting everything up. Thank you, Ariel Good Afternoon Ariel, No I did not receive a call from Kathy. I would like to apologize on behalf of our company, this caregiver is not what represents our company. I hope this does not hinder you decision to ever use us again. Again I would like to apologize, and I thank you. Our patients feedbacks are very important in order for us to keep our patients happy.
