Horrible. They released my disabled, mentally challenged sister in law, with no shoes, no coat, her pajamas and a broken ankle. They knew she did not have her keys to get into her apartment and it was 29 degrees out. They put her in the free transport. I informed everyone I came in contact with to call me regarding her release so I could pick her up. I did not get a phone call. Someone called me about follow up care and at that time I found out she was already released. Unacceptable! I would never recommend this hospital
Love this hospital ...I went to the emergency room they dint take long to see me. gave me med that took care of my illness....very nice and friendly doctors and secretary in the front desk...thanks y'all at Nazareth hospital ....even my son went there after going to episcopal hosp and temple hosp these two almost let my son loose a finger that was infected he went to nazareth they had to keep him ..he had a blood infection they had to inject him with a heavy med for a week...they save his life thank God we went there...recommended
Thank you so much to Nazareth Hospital. I went to ER on 12-29 for severe upper abdominal pain and mid to lower back pain. It was so bad I was struggling to catch my breath. Their emergency response team was so great to me. They truly care about my condition, got it under control quickly, and scheduled me for surgery the next day on my gallbladder. All the specialists and nurses treated me great on the 5th floor as well. They made me feel comfortable and was very prompt with helping me with any questions i had. A big thank you goes to Dr. Cheeyandira, then surgeon for a successful procedure and his patience in answering all my questions and explaining everything I need to do post op. Thank you! Nazareth is highly recommended by me.
I would like to start by saying that my mom was in the ER and she said everyone behind the scenes was wonderful, caring and truly helpful. My mom was in car accident and I had met her at the ER. When I entered I was 2nd in line at the reception desk. The women working were having a full on conversation together as we just stood in line. No greeting, no please wait a minute, nothing. Now we have about 5 people in line. One woman at reception walks away and the other slowly starts taking information from the first person in line. Now 20 minutes standing in line - it is my turn. I ask if I could go back with my mom and she says in the unkindest tone, 'see security'. I nicely said the security guard has not been here the entire time I have been standing here. She said, 'just wait, he will return'. OK...so I shuffle to the security desk and wait another 10 minutes - no security guard! I am here 30 minute with NO ASSISTANCE AT ALL. Now my mom is done and comes out. I went to the parking lot to get my car and I see the security guard chatting it up and smoking across the parking lot. What a waste of my time and what a complete lack of customer service.
This is the worst hospital I ever visited 👎 Rude doctors and nurses 😡 Dirty and unfriendly environment. No communication and very bad service. A nurse screamed at my friend who's in the I C U, on life support in front of her parents, don't want to imagine what they do in the absence of family .👎👎👎😡😡
