There are nice and willing people, but there are others who are quite the opposite. In general there is no coordination, no communication between administration, nurses and residents. If the resident is unable to stand up for himself/herself, he/she is out of luck.

Hardly anything. I'm sitting here mow. The room is disgusting. The IV pole for the GT feeding is filthly. The staff seems adequate but it's my first time here. We'll see how it goes. Very bad 1st impression.
