The place is nasty, the workers are lazy, and the facility is a bunch of bull. Their supervisor is more then rude, will keep patients in the dark, and steal food and clothing. The nurses are perfect, if only they had more people around ton do their job. They give the cleaning people a hard time. They will undoubtedly fight amongst each other, or leave a patient in their own mess. The person to hire is too friendly to the staff, and the ones that just want a pay check. I would not leave anyone their that can are not able to speak or think for themselves. Please be in mind that patient care is not one of the things that they go by. And the workers are so into themselves, they do not focus on the matter at hand. It's not the worst facilities, but they are not the best at hand. And do not bother with HR, some of their friends work in that department, and they will not take the matters personally.
Wish there were 0 stars for this nasty place. The most disgusting facility ive ever been to. Smells like cockroach spray and the service is terrible. Do NOT come to this place. Should be shut down
We had a great experience during our stay with 1st class rehab. Mom got discharged and has been doing great. Thanks for your help.
My dad has been here almost a week. I'll be doing review's throughout his stay here at WB. Nurse Sherry on the 5th floor 10/1/17 is *AMAZING* My only concern right now is the amount of time it take for someone to answer the phone. The receptionist could use a lesson or two on phone etiquette, customer service and professionalism. #wishusluck
The therapy is the best thing going. If out patient service was available it would be GREAT!!! The CNA have very NASTY attitudes and are LAZY.... I'm sure when they were applying they lied on the application about their customer service and caring skills.....
