A person I know works here. She was harassed by her coworkers and was threatened to be fired if she left early yet a lot of employees just simply don't show up at all. The vast majority of STNAs working there do no use gait belts to pick up the residents (although they may in front of the residents family members). Instead, they will bear hug the residents to pick them up posing serious potential threats to the residents. On top of that, residents are suppose to be changed about once every 2 hours. The larger residents are luck to be changed once every 8 hours. STNAs will be told to pick up larger people by themselves and if they ask for help, they run the risk of being called incompetent, and other workers will make Snide remarks. Overall the staff is rude and it is an unsuitable environment for residents to live in so do your parents a favor and take them somewhere else.

The place is dirty , it looks like they hardly clean. The employees are rude and look so unhappy that they are there. They serve cold food. Not a good place for anyone.
