My husband has a been there for about 6 months,, even if it is not a 5 star place.. I appreciate the ones who work there,, from the supervisor 's to the janitors.. they are doing the best they can.. they treat the patients with respect.. they are understaffed but they do their best to keep them comfortable.. I don't worry about my husband.. I know he is in a safe place.. he eats well and is warm.. I miss him terribly but I know he is where he should be for now... thank you Windsor staff...

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. My Mother has been in this facility for many years. From day 1 her things began to vanish. We brought her clothes and shoes. Always missing and instead she was dressed in other peoples horrid torn, dirty clothes. The worst happened last night. I was called by Windsor that my mother had a "bump" on her head and was going to be taken to ER. I arrived in ER and her "bump" was a huge swollen soft spot. My mother is no longer able to speak, or move. She is almost a vegetable. Therefore, per ER, what probably happened is the staff dropped her and did not report it. Our family is devastated. The bruising on the her face from the blood getting absorbed was frightening. She has a bruise on her shoulder and one on her inner thigh which most likely resulted from her being lifted form the floor. As we continued to examine, we noticed my Moms wedding band was gone. The last item left of her dignified life. The ring impression was still on her finger. The force it took to remove it gives me chills. These people that work there are hideous. We prey ever day the god takes her from this hideous existence. We cannot care for her. We all work and we do not have the money for 24 hour care. ER made the report and called them in front of me. Our family is devastated.

I called the place in hopes I'll be able to talk to someone at the nurses station. And apparently no one will pick up the phone to answer simple question from a co worker. I've called this number u see up there about 35times n no answer I'm ashamed.

This place used to be decent. It is constantly changing administration. No communication. Residents aren't given what they need daily to be taken care of responsibly. CNA's are over worked and greatly under paid. Never enough staff to handle all the aggressive residents. Some staff actually take care of residents very well while other staff definitely dont care. Place is old, the pictures they have on the website are old and very staged. Staff fought to be unionized because of how poor they were being treated. That's the only time upper management actually showed up to the facility and acted like they cared. To little to late. The place is dirty and disgusting. Management are horrible. Never ever place your family here.

This place doesn't deserve a star it deserves a thumbs down. There is no communication between family with the Administration. Staff is horrible except activities staff. The first visit to my dad at that facility they couldn't find him. One day i called various times and left 2 messages with no call back now do you want your loved at this facility its a joke. It makes you click the star at the top in order to post a review so don't let the Stars above fool you.
