This an after hospital rehab facility. We have had a family member here twice and the level of care the first time was satisfactory. However after this was initially reviewed two major issues occurred and an edit is necessary. To make a long story short the staff was responsible for injuries sustained and then lied about it. Not until videos were reviewed at our insistence did they accept responsibility. They have a very large rehab area. The food is also good according to my picky father. The rooms are large.
If your loved one isn’t ambulatory or if he/she has had a stoke run away from this place fast. My poor dad nearly passed away there in January. If my step mom hadn’t shown up one night he wouldn’t be here today. His organs were already shutting down by the time we got him to ER and the staff weren’t giving him the care he needed.
Antiquated facility, poor equipment and SHORT STAFFED. My husband just got there and really got very little attention. He is post hip replacement and has not yet been offered ice for the surgical site. IT's hot and stuffy with only wall ac/heaters and the guy next to the wall is in charge of the AC. I detest this place already.
Caring staff. Excellent PT and OT! Food is decent, nice rooms.
My dad was admitted twice before and it was amazing from the food, room, physical therapy, nurses , nursing assistants etc. but not sure what happened mid-year 2017. Not enough staff for all the patients they have, they don't respond within 15 minutes of calling for the nurse and worst of all was the treatment my father received from a couple of nurses, and almost all of the nursing assistants/aides (whatever their title) who were absolutely terrible and shouldn't be allowed near patients. We will never go back and we are so sad because it was fantastic before. The physical therapists are amazing and Victoria in admissions is so kind.
