This facility is Awesome! All the staff is friendly as well as most of the patients. I’ve had a family member here for a little over a year and the staff has done nothing but provided the best care they can for him. They’re currently celebrating ‘Nursing Week’ and have included the patients in the activities which is mind blowing. In my personal opinion if I could rate Haven of Phoenix any higher I would! I recommend this facility for anyone!
5 Star CMS rated building with a 5 star staff! They'll go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Plus, the variety and taste of food can't be beat! If I could give more than 5 stars, I'd give 83 1/2. This is the place to be!
This place is amazing! The nursing staff is so friendly and helpful and the therapy team is energetic and great at what they do. Cheerful atmosphere. Definitely 5 star care.
I have a relative that has been at Haven of Phoenix for one year now. For the first few months they did take good care of him after alot of meetings and inquiries because of UTI's, no showers, dirty beds and CNA not checking up on him. He is now in the hospital with a pressure/bed sore on his ankle and heal that doctors now want to amputate his foot because of a infection in the bone. The wound nurses Mary and Sage did not do a good job in evaluating the sore and now he may loose his foot because of their lack of care and knowledge. I would think twice about bringing your loved one there.
I spent 3 wks there, and had a good experience overall. My diet is different, but Chef John accommodated me throughout my stay. The director, Nigel, helped resolve other issues. I had good communication with Adam, Casey and Alex (the "intake" lady). But I will especially miss My therapist, Anaisa McGlory, who tortured my fractured pelvis while I tortured her with my never-ending stories... Okay, almost 5 stars.
