Visited Immaculate Mary today, for a family member. As I entered the building ,I was greeted by a lovely lady who worked there and also, so many nice residents as well. The floors were great and also decorated beautifully with a pleasant staff. Especially loved the cats they have, its nice to have animals there as some residents , I'm sure, miss their own pets! The staff seemed to take great care of the residents and as I was there, the administrator was bringing up a new dresser for a resident who needed one.. How nice, she was so happy and about to cry! It's great to have an administrator who truly cares for the residents also. This is the place I want to bring my family member. Thank you for the lovely tour of your building!!
This facility has made a lot of changes. There is a lot of new people in Administration. One of the biggest changes they made there is the Administrator. He is a different administrator than many people experience, and I say that because he is a NURSE!!! So he understand nursing from a different view point, and he understands the importance of appreciation of the staff. Which is AWESOME & impressive! My past review was based off a negative experience that I had at the facility. And one of the persons involved is no longer there. However, everyone deserves a second chance to make a different impression. I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THEIR DEMENTIA UNIT IS an awesome floor. The PATIENTS are allowed to be free and not be closed up in a room all day, they have a lot of freedom. Which has been proven to provide a less stressful atmosphere for them. Ultimately the patients and their families are the Customers and we should ALL strive to contribute to making them happy and satisfied. Great JOB IMH on the changes that you are providing. However, not just to the patients but to the staff also. Looking forward to great things in the future.
Amazing Facility and such great staff they really cared for my loved ones as if he was one of their very own. It's such a breath of fresh air to know that I can leave my Family member with them and not have to have any worries or be stressed knowing that they are being taken care of with the up most care really makes me sleep better at night these days. Thank you guys and the whole wonderful staff team over there
I worked here for approximately 2 months. And I never went back. The staff is under paid and the facility is UNDER STAFFED! Oh and they have 3 cats . 2 of which are allowed to go as they please in the lobby. There are no signs alerting people of the pets. This would be dangerous for someone who is allergic or even terrified like myself . And when you say something about the cats they say “Oh well they live here.” Or they find it hilarious that you are afraid of cats. There is a lady named Lisa in HR and she is very rude! Not professional at all. i loved Roxanna. She was extremely nice to me. Their staffer Joanna she is really sweet too. They have soo many issues with their employees getting paid. One day I waited until 6pm to get my check that should have deposited at 9am. And their population is majority Indians who are very rude and sneaky and they are disrespectful to the minority workers . Just not a great place. They have a weekend program which was great. But who wants to come in every weekend and do doubles and they are short staffed! Nope . You will get burnt out quickly and your back will be hurting. They only pay like $11.00 also. Except pool workers get $13.00.
Understaffed with rude nurses. The elevators are always breaking down and they smell like cat urine. The cats wander all throughout the building with no consideration for the residents who are allergic. Also, I constantly here residents families complaining about getting billed for things they did not ask for. What can you expect from a for profit institution though? Please place your loved one anywhere but here.
