My sister is a new patient at Springmill Meadows, and everything from her transfer from an out of state facility, to her current care, has been exemplary. My sister is enjoying the best experience she’s had in any facility. I would strongly recommend this facility.

Review from Curtis Mcmanus November 19, 2017 Spring Mill Meadows on W. 86th St. is where my father lived and sadly died. While there as an Alzheimer’s patient he received exceptional memory care! After he passed my family received not only support but also a level of cooperation and communication that enabled us to complete all legal and insurance matters expeditiously! Lastly, their condolence letter sent to be read at my dad’s funeral was so good that we all concluded that, to Spring Mill Meadows my father was not a patient, he was family. Thank you Spring Mill Meadows West 86th St.

my mother nearly died of sepsis & I had to call my brother, a dr at Harvard, to have her admitted for a blood transfusion at hospital; my mom nearly died & now has broken legs & nearly toothless because of negligence; the odor of urine stench & germs causes me to cough & choke & i'm very healthy; it's like a concentration camp run by employees who act as if they are in jr hi school unsupervised. it's a death trap & ought to be cleansed & staff educated

My grandmother has been staying here not even a full month and they aren't treating her right. Before we moved her closer we informed them about her condition and they insured us she will be well taken care of. Since she's been there the nurses have been very disrespectful towards my grandmother in her face talking about her not bathing her, not taking her out or anything that they claimed would be done once she was transferred to their facility.

Spring Mill Meadows is hands down the best rehab faciity I have had a loved one in! You can tell they care about their patients and will certainly go the extra mile to help them. The nursing and therapy staff are wonderful - I truly felt they had my mother's best intentions at heart.
