Very rude staff. Didn't see an actual doctor at all. Couldn't help me when I was crying my eyes out asking for help. Terrible people. Never will be back and I will filing a complaint

I only gave a star because I could not post without giving one. DONT GO TO THE HOSPITAL. My experience is too long to post. They do not know what they are doing and a result ended with someone in my family passed due to their incompetence. During their stay I reached out to the VP of nursing and honestly it was horrible. Please do not send your family member here, ours was their too long caught so many sicknesses inside the hospital and her diagnosis which was back pain turned into becoming sicker in the hospital and eventually passing.

Horrible. They released my disabled, mentally challenged sister in law, with no shoes, no coat, her pajamas and a broken ankle. They knew she did not have her keys to get into her apartment and it was 29 degrees out. They put her in the free transport. I informed everyone I came in contact with to call me regarding her release so I could pick her up. I did not get a phone call. Someone called me about follow up care and at that time I found out she was already released. Unacceptable! I would never recommend this hospital

If you’re ever seeking medical help, especially if it’s an emergency, please AVOID NAZARETH HOSPITAL. The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional and not helpful whatsoever. They seem fed up and unwilling to help or answer any question you might have. My mother was supposed to go in for surgery at 6:30 AM and did not go in until 4:45PM. They didnt let her eat since 4PM yesterday and didn’t seem to care about any discomfort she may be in. Completely useless and rude staff, no communication, felt like pulling teeth to get any information. Wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy going here. If you want to live, please stay away.

I came into hospital with horrible toothache staff and security taking smoke breaks and standing around conversating for 20 minutes at a time yet they claimed they were overwhelmed with people smh charge nurse rude as hell didnt even come out to speak to me or several other patients wondering as to why we're sitting here for 3 hours meanwhile they're taking other patients that came in way after us. Charge nurse brought us to room and was still rude as if we owed her something for bringing us back and didn't even turn the light on in room left us sit in the dark. And to top it off we seen them release a disabled man and security wouldnt even walk him to the bench to wait for his ride smdh. What is this world coming too. In my opinion this hospital is in diar need of caring attentive and sympathetic hospital staff.
